Once upon a time, back in 1992, when christa came up with the name ,we decided to call our little cellar studio in the Lindenstr.32 in Köln, “les enfants terribles “whitch means something like , “ the terrible kids ” [ɑ̃ˈfɑ̃ teˈʀibl] .

We were one of the first music studios in cologne using Protools and an Apple Macintosh to record 16 harddisktracks simultaniously and synchronized the computer with 2 ADAT 8 track Digital recorderslater on. We had successful and exiting times with meeting all the different artists from all over the world and did some great cooperations with some major damage and independent labels during that period of time .

I registered the domain name let.de in 1997 , the internet was young and growing a new virtual playground for artists and collaboration was born. After some of my Partners and Labels went bankrupt ( broadcast.com was sold for 2 billion u.s. dollar at this time ) and the music industry was shrinking ,because pe
ople wanted to “free download” music , instead of buying too expensive CDs or records and i was so fed up, arguing with A+R (Artists and Repertoir Manager ) from formally “Big Players ” about WHAT SELLS and they would not believe us that the internet and a new concept from apple called itunes would kill them.
Due to the lack of free avaliable multi-conferencing applications, i decided In 2004 to start a project. After some investigating and researching for sources and papers about this technologies , in 2008 i´ve meet roozbeeh and we started implementing the ideas.
